With over thirty years of experience leading numerous large and complex construction projects and managing key functional areas in the I.C.I. real estate development and construction space, Owen applies his expertise to deliver exceptional projects for RHC clients and partners, and further the initiatives of the organization and the development of RHC construction personnel. Owen oversees all aspects of construction activities at RHC and drives performance effectively from pre-construction, planning and strategic development through delivery and completion while managing and mentoring our preconstruction, project management and site construction teams

With over 12 years of service with RHC, Lisa has a passion for providing professional HR support to our team and is a valuable resource. She has a diploma in Business Administration: Management Studies, a certificate in Human Resource Management, and is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP). His well-rounded exposure to many aspects of the industry such as estimating, pre-construction, and project management assist him in offering the best value to our clients when developing their estimates and budgets, the essential information that ultimately determines the financial viability of their projects. Eric is a team player who prides himself on providing top-level service to both internal and external customers.

A graduate of Conestoga College’s Construction Engineering Technology program, Mike has accumulated over 25 years of construction management experience and is Gold Seal certified in Project Management through the Canadian Construction Association. Mike is a business-orientated individual who is able to understand our clients’ needs and objectives above and beyond the construction process. A seasoned professional, Mike interacts with clients, subtrades and site personnel with a mindset focused on collaboration.

Graduating with distinction with a Bachelor of Applied Technology degree in project and facility management, Michael joined RHC as a project coordinator right out of school. During his time with us, Michael has successfully followed his career goals by becoming proficient in project coordination and adding critical on-site experience in site supervisory roles leading to his current position of project manager. His well-rounded knowledge and dedication to quality make Michael a great project team leader.

Manager, Health and Safety

With over 12 years of experience working within the health and safety field of ICI construction, Suzanne brings her wealth of knowledge to our team, as well as her dedication to promote an environment of wellness and safety. Suzanne is Gold Seal Certified in Construction Safety, was formerly a volunteer COR audit mentor through the IHSA Mentor Program, as well as former co-chair of the Carpenters Trade Union Labour/Management Health & Safety Committee in Southern Ontario. As an expert in COR certification, Suzanne leads our team in developing and implementing policies and procedures that are essential to our ultimate goal of sending every team member home safely each day.
